Option 1: Apply via Real Estate Platform

This is the most commonly used application method.

Step 1– Online Registration
Locate the property listing on the Real Estate platform and submit an application by completing the required details, including your proposed move-in date.

Step 2– Upload Files

You will be asked to upload supporting documents, such as:

Proof of identity
Proof of income or funds
Rental history or tenant ledger

Option 2: Apply Directly with Horizon Point Realty

This option is available for applicants who prefer to apply directly through our office.

Step 1– Request an Application Form
Email us with the address of the property you wish to apply for, and request an application form.

Step 2– Complete & Submit the Application
Complete the application form in full, scan it, and return it via email along with all required supporting documents.

Step 3– Property Inspection
Arrange a viewing with the appointed agent or attend the scheduled open inspection and ensure your attendance is registered.
If you are unable to attend in person, a family member or friend may inspect the property on your behalf.

Step 4– Application Assessment
Applications are reviewed by the property manager.
You may contact the agent to enquire about the status of your application if required.

Step 5– Approval & Deposit
Once approved, you will be notified.
To secure the property, the holding deposit must be paid promptly in accordance with the agent’s instructions.
